Samantha A. Jones is an Associate at EmpLaw LLP. She handles employment law matters like wage and hour issues, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, along with consumer protection cases.
During law school, Samantha externed for the Honorable Judge Anthony J. Battaglia in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, and clerked with the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office. She also served as Executive Editor of the California Western Law Review and spoke at the Fall 2023 Law Review & International Law Journal Joint Symposium, Emerging Voices.
Samantha represents clients in employment matters involving wage-and-hour disputes, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. She also works on consumer protection cases, helping clients push back when companies cross the line.
