Samantha Jones

Samantha is an Associate at EmpLaw LLP, handling Employment Law matters, including wage & hour, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, as well as Consumer Protection.

During law school, Samantha externed for the Honorable Judge Anthony J. Battaglia, in the Southern District of California, and also clerked for the Civil Division of the US Attorney’s Office. Samantha served as the Executive Editor of the California Western Law Review, and was a speaker in the Fall 2023 California Western Law Review & International Law Journal Joint Symposium, Emerging Voices.

Although she is not a San Diego native, Samantha has come to love the vibrant craft beer scene, endless hiking, and wealth of other outdoor opportunities that define this wonderful coastal community!
