Christina Lucio is a seasoned attorney licensed to practice law before all courts in the State of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. With over 15 years of experience in employment and complex litigation, Christina has built a distinguished career focused on employment law (including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination), class actions, and complex wage and hour disputes.

After graduating magna cum laude from the University of California, Riverside in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Christina earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2007. During law school, Christina gained invaluable experience working with the USC Post-Conviction Justice Project, the Western Center for Disability Rights, and the Barrister’s Domestic Violence Clinic.  In 2007, while still a full-time law student, Christina served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Sandra Ikuta of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Since being admitted to practice law in California in 2007, Christina has litigated a broad range of cases on both the plaintiff and defense sides. Early in her career, she focused on representing corporations in business litigation, contracts, and labor and employment matters.

Since 2015, Christina has focused on representing employees and consumers in individual and class-wide litigation.  Christina has played a key role in litigating, mediating, and resolving numerous complex class actions. Her work has resulted in significant sums being paid to employees and the State of California, including settlements reaching eight figures.
