Mitchell earned his B.A. from the University of California, San Diego, and his J.D. from California Western School of Law. He’s also a proud member of Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.
Mitchell has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine (an honor awarded to a small percentage of attorneys statewide). He has also been certified as Class Counsel in multiple wage-and-hour class actions.
He helped secure a major trial and settlement result in Vigueras v. Red Robin International, Inc., where a federal jury trial led to an $8.5 million settlement during trial.
